Monitoring every stage
Clients can rest assured that every stage of a project is carefully monitored by senior members of our team. Our Quality Manager/Business Management System Representative ensures that all processes within the business management system are adhered to, and that all procedures are managed correctly and efficiently.
The Contracts Manager has overall responsibility for the project, and will appoint a site specific Site Manager. The Site Manager ensures that the project is delivered to the satisfaction of the team, client and residents. The Contracts Manager conducts regular site inspections to ensure that the highest standards are maintained throughout every stage in the process.

We employ labour to offer the following services directly, which means we carry out works without subcontracting. This ensures a high level of control, consistency and excellent workmanship throughout the project.

EWI: a complete service – guaranteed
When a project requires EWI, we are directly responsible for the supply, installation and commissioning of the specified system. Although warranties/guarantees vary depending on the manufacturer, in the event of a defect occurring with a system this would be rectified at no cost to the client.
